How we keep PlayGamesLab safe and fun for players of all ages.
Play without an account
Every game is free to play as a guest. We never ask guests for a name, email or other contact details.
Accounts are 13+
We ask for a birth year before anyone creates an account. If a player is under 13 we don’t create an account and don’t keep their details — they simply keep playing as a guest.
No chat, no strangers
There is no open chat and no public profiles. Friends is only for account holders aged 13+: friends are added only with a private friend code, only first names and avatars are shown, and friends can send only preset friendly messages like “Good game!”. Players can block or report anyone, our team reviews reports, and for 13–17 year olds online status is off by default.
Delete anytime
Account holders can delete their account and all its data from Dashboard → Profile → Delete my account. Parents can also email info@playgameslab.com and we will delete it for them.
Safer ads
Games from our partners may show adverts. For guests and younger players we ask partners to show only contextual, non-personalized ads.
Privacy by default
Analytics cookies stay off unless someone taps “OK” on our cookie banner, and even then ad-personalization features are switched off.
Healthy play
Free players get 30 minutes of play per day, and daily quests reward short play sessions — not endless hours.
Questions or a deletion request?
