1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlayGamesLab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the platform and at least 18 years old to purchase subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of policy violations, fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
3. Free & Premium Access
Free users can play games for up to 30 minutes per day, while Premium subscribers receive unlimited access. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate or failed transactions. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled, and pricing may change with prior notice.
4. Game Content
All games on PlayGamesLab are either owned by us, licensed to us, or embedded with permission from third-party publishers. Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, and users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works. We do not guarantee that any specific game will always be available, and games may be added, removed, or updated at any time.
5. Advertising
PlayGamesLab displays advertisements to free users through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. By using our platform, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services, use automated tools or bots, create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, or share premium account access with others.
7. Intellectual Property
The PlayGamesLab name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Game content belongs to respective game developers and publishers.
8. Limitation of Liability
PlayGamesLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
