1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PlayGamesLab ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. PlayGamesLab reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Who can use PlayGamesLab
Anyone can play our games as a guest without an account. Accounts are available to players aged 13 or older; we ask for a birth year before creating one and do not create accounts for younger players. Purchasing a Pro plan requires a parent, guardian or other adult aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for providing accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraud.
4. Game Content
All games on PlayGamesLab are either owned by us, licensed to us, or embedded with permission from third-party publishers. Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, and users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works. We do not guarantee that any specific game will always be available, and games may be added, removed, or updated at any time.
5. Advertising
Some games are supplied by third-party game distributors and may show adverts. We ask our advertising partners to show only contextual, non-personalized ads to guests and to players under 13. A Pro subscription gives unlimited play time; it does not remove adverts shown inside partner games.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services, use automated tools or bots, create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, or share premium account access with others.
7. Coins, gems and rewards
Coins, gems, avatar items, streaks and other rewards are earned by playing and are virtual items for fun only. They have no real-world or cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred to another player, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. The daily Lucky Spin is free, costs nothing to use, and its chances are shown before you spin. We may change or reset rewards to fix mistakes or misuse, and they end when an account is deleted.
8. Friends and community rules
Friends is available only to account holders aged 13 or over. Friends are added only by sharing a private friend code, and friends can send only preset friendly messages. Be kind: do not bully, threaten, impersonate others, use offensive names or share personal information. You can block or report any player. We review reports and may remove messages, turn off Friends for an account, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Paid Pro time is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Intellectual Property
The PlayGamesLab name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Game content belongs to respective game developers and publishers.
11. Limitation of Liability
PlayGamesLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
